My name is Tyler Weise, and my journey to starting Destination Unknown RV Rentals began far from the open road. From 2012 to 2016, I proudly served in the Marine Corps as a Motor T operator on Camp Lejeune. During my service, I developed a strong foundation in logistics and operations — skills that would follow me well beyond the military.

After the Corps, I spent years moving America’s goods in the barge industry and with Norfolk Southern. I’ve hauled just about everything you can imagine, and I learned the value of reliability, precision, and making sure things arrive where they need to be — on time and in perfect condition.

But over the years, I realized I wanted to haul something more than cargo — I wanted to help deliver experiences. That’s when the idea was born: to use my logistics expertise to make family vacations stress-free, memorable, and full of adventure.
